Would it be possible to move the clocks and the solar information into the blank area below the map? The is the full screen on a 1920x1080 display.

Mike, there wouldn't be enough room on my display in that little black bar at the bottom to display the solar information.

I have been using DX Atlas for years and one thing I like is that I can  put city labels for just the places I want. Is that possible with Simon's map program? Also, can I can hover over a location and have the direction and distance be displayed?

Simon's SDRC software is so good, that I love using it. I just haven't downloaded the map program yet.

Thanks,
George

Yes.

Using the 'Show' tool, you can hover over a point with 'Info' selected and get distance and bearing to a point on the map.

The equivalent of "city labels" in Simon's World Map are what he calls "stations".

Once you set your 'Home' location, you can create a station anywhere and toggle them on or off. Distance and bearing to a station is provided in its label. (See Mike's image above. I had the stations turned off in my screenshots.)

I also have used DX Atlas for years.
