I have 3.

1. I have a normal Afedri AFE822x which has no VHF RX
2. I have an Afedri VHF 822x which has 1 channel with a VHF converter
3. I have an Afedri LAN-IQ which is the same as the above

I have noticed some very strange behaviour.

Let’s start with HF only.

I cannot change bands unless I use the memories, favourites or use CAT and Omnirig. Say I was tuned to 14.250MHz, the correct connector is selected – RX1

Now if I enter 21.150MHz in receive window the RX display window changes but the radio does not QSY.

If I do the same with CAT and Omnirig then all is OK, similarly if I use favourites all is fine.

For VHF if I use a favourite in the range above 30MHz then the correct connector is automatically selected. However say I chose the 70cms favourite I end up at 435MHz, I cannot tune down to 432 MHz from there unless I use CAT and Omnirig. Surely this is not intended, I am pretty sure it was not like this before.
