Ribbon Bar, Receive, Lock, Unlock All.

The original post described that I did just that.  No Change, the button comes up with a message that the program is locked, and presents an UNLOCK Button. It does not do anything, either does the UNLOCK ALL.

SDR Console is LOCKED and I cannot seem to unlock it....
No band noise or Waterfall indications
I have selected RECIEVE/Lock and clicked...brought up a dialog box with UNLOCK button, but no result.
Conditions:
Yeasu FTDX-3000  set to 38400 (connected to Rec out port in back of rig) 
RSP1A
USB cable to Hub
Windows 11
OMNIRIG   set to 38400 Port 3  8/none/1  polling 100

SDR Console was working great, and all functions (including CAT) was functional. I worked lots of stations on 10 m CW. I even download and tried version 3.3 beta That worked great as well.  All of a sudden SDRC showed NO 
band noise and waterfall. Indication showed it was locked.
What happened? did I fry the RSP1a?
