DX Cluster for Non-Amateurs

Greetings,
I'm a non-amateur and monitor the bands daily. Although DX Cluster is now integrated with SDRC, which is great, It isn't available to members like me. Are there any other DX Cluster programs available that can be also integrated into SDRC? Vincent |

If you go to swarl.org/callsigns, you can get a Shortwave Listeners only callsign, which you can use in DX Cluster. It is unique to yourself. I got one in 2020 and use it with DX Cluster. Tony |

Not sure if they still do? This is the first time I've been made aware of a listener number system outside of those associations. Sounds like a great idea. I've often thought it's very unfair that some systems are only open to licensed amateurs as it seems to exclude some extremely dedicated listeners. Max |

Following this with interest
The CC Cluster will allow you to enter your SWL call as I have just tested it on my cluster on it works fine. From SDR Console you can select or add a new DX cluster to the list. See the Telnet list of clusters here https://www.dxcluster.info/telnet/index.php If anybody want to try there are welcome to use GB7DXG CCcluster which already has a few SWL’s that connect.

A SWARL callsign is valid worldwide and even serious platforms like eQSL can be accessed and there swap QSL cards with hams. I am a ham op but also use my EA1036-SWL call with international broadcasters and SW listening.

Thank you gentleman for this information. I should have gotten my general back in the early 60’s, but just could not conquer the code test. Well long story short, collage scholarship, young ladies and soon family and getting back to amateur radio was lost.
I have applied for the SWARL license this am. Thanks again everyone and have a great day and week.
