dx cluster configuration #sdr-consolev3

Using v3.1. I was setting up the dx cluster and it seems to be working fine, but on the sdr web site it has a page about markers and dx cluster and says that other dx cluster options can be setup in the dx cluster configuration page in program options. Sorry but in my program options there is no dx cluster configuration.

Do you see a button with three ellipses? If not version 3.2 certainly supports this.
