server port number.
You can use any port, but choose wisely. One must avoid ports that other apps use, such as Kenwoods ARHP-590, Icom’s RS-BA1, and the plethora of game apps.
50000 through 59999 are usually safe from all the other apps. To get an idea of what ports are reserved: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers Long ago I used a 5000 block port, but things went catawampus within a day or so. Back up to 50xxx I went and all is well in the SDRC Server kingdom. 73 Kriss KA1GJU |

Hi,
If it’s on a Pi then it’ll be running the SDR# SpyServer I assume, so follow the SpyServer installation, then in Console:

Thanks Simon, I have reviewed the “server manger” several times, but I just can’t connect to my Airspy discovery which is on my LAN and connected to my PI Raspberry 4. I put the address and port, but it keeps telling me connection refused. I just want to connect only on my LAN. Now I can do this with Spyserver, which is o my PI and SDR# on my new i& 6ore NUC, But just cannot connect with SDRC
