bladerf2 enabling TX function

Hi, I am new to SDR's and recently had downloaded SDR Console to use it with Bladerf2. I have the RX capabilities working but not TX, I can see the TX DSP frequencies but the TX buttons are not enable. Had anyone run into this issue before. I'm running on win 7 64bit, bladerf firmware is 2.3.2., USB driver is libwdi version 6.1.7600.16385. I appreciate your help
