Wrong RDS -RBDS Regon dispalyed (SDR Console 3.0.18 with RSPdx)

SDR Console 3.0.18 with RSPdx Installed on the old Win 7/64 PC the RDS displays U.S. RBDS formats correctly. Installed on a Win 10/64 laptop it seems to be showing RDS formats.
I can't find any RDS settings other than "DX" in SDR Console. Nothing under Audio in Program Seeting either. |

I've seen that display, Once. It went away. I closed it or minimized it now I can't find how to open it. RDS in enabled. |
