New Version And RSPdx Problem

Hello,

Having problem with latest version for SDRPlay RSPdx.
I have taken with the W10 Snipping Tool utility two screenshots, and have just, I think,
uploaded them in Files; a Capture, and a Capture 1.

Not at all sure, probably not, that I did this correctly. First time.
I know you want/need screen shots, and I am hoping these two made it, and are usable.
I thought they might convey a bit more info that the screen shot option that the program provides.

If not good enough, please let me know.

I cannot imagine what I am doing wrong.
Downloaded the latest version, twice, but cannot get it to "run".
The normal screen shows up, I select the radio, the RSPdx , and try Play.
Nothing happens.

What I am sure of is that it is probably, as usual, something
really dumb that I have not set, or am doing.
That old age problem again, I guess.

Seems as if the program just does not see the RSPdx.  Undoubtedly something really simple that I am missing.
Plugged the radio to the pc cable in and out a few times, etc., but no luck.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I have been playing with the RSPdx all day since I saw Simon's email this morning that version 3.0.18 is available.  I have been having a blast!

First question:
Do you have SDRuno installed and operating?  It is necessary to have the latest driver from SDRPlay in place for SDR Console.
    If not you can either install SDRuno or pick up the latest API installer (SDRplay_RSP_API-Windows-2.13.1.exe) at:
www.sdrplay.com/windows.html.

Hi Bob,

Mine did not work first time until I noticed that in the 'Definitions' screen there are 2 entries for SDRplay, Sdrplay2 and SDRplay3 - Make sure you have selected SDRplay3 if using the RSPdx

Here is the Notepad Log File you requested.

 

Really appreciate the time you and others are putting into helping me out with this.

 

Convinced, pretty much, that I don’t have any of the “extras” that are required, and/or they are not in the right Folder.

 

Undoubtedly also something really dumb on my part.

Hate to admit it, but I seem to miss many of the “nuances” these days.

 

Sure would like to get it going again with my new RSPdx.

Incredible software.
