V3 64 bit Nov 13 kit

Hi Simon,
I am having problems getting my Anan 100D to start consistently with SDR V3.  I have attached a log file and as far as I can tell it finds the radio but then times out.  The radio starts every time when I use Thetis beta.  I only mention this to show that the Protocol 2 firmware is properly installed.
The V3 software starts and when I select "Start" under radio selection I get a variety of errors:  Radio not found, SDR console has stopped working and Please wait and then the program closes itself.
