I/Q Canceling Error ?

I have this same signal from HackRF across all bands.
It is always centered in the Spectrum Display, has no modulation, is unaffected by any radio settings.
This shot was taken with the antenna terminated in a 50 ohm load.
Running on USB 3.0 port.
Windows 10 64 bit
Bandwidth changes do not change the display
I have two HackRf’s with the same problem
Changing LNA, VGA, or Ext Amp ON/OFF does not change the display

Is this a problem with I/Q cancellation?
Any solution

Am I the only one that is being driven nuts by this I/Q error?  It seems much better on SDR#

Only half a screenshot. Can’t see the radio, bandwidth, settings etc.

Simon added a nice snapshot feature in the program to take screen shots of the program. I overlooked it when I was a new user.
