I'm beginner with SDR.
I would like know if it's possible to use SDR-Console with RTL2832-DVB. and how ?
Fo the moment, my DONGLE is connected to the IF 1st of my FT-2000 Yaesu and I'm using HDSDR without problem and the CAT System is well synchronized
But I found that SDR Console 2.3 is better and I would like CAT my Yaesu with SDR-Console
Is it possible ?

Install http://m3ghe.blogspot.co.uk/p/adding-support-for-rtl-sdr-usb-dongles.html

There are similar settings in SDR-Radio but I'm not familiar with them. The manual may help, or others.

I had already install ZADIG, SDR Console and the 3 files info the main directory
but no RX from my FT-2000D  (IF 1st)
I'll reinstall all this evening (UTC 16:00)
Is it possible to CAT my FT-2000 with this program and how ? With HDSDR it's possible but with that program ?

Paul,

If you tune the RTL TO the IF frequency (69.54MHz?) you should receive signals that the radio is receiving.

I know there are settings to use Omnirig and panadaptor offset with SDR-Radio but I have not used it this way.

Say fellers ... where can he find the User Manual and the little primer Simon wrote on SDR radio (in general) - I cannot find them on the web site any more !

Nope - the little primer Simon wrote was a stand-alone document - PDF I think - and it was a good introduction for new guys on SDR in general, and setting up software, in particular. I cannot find it, or a stand-alone user manual. I am trying to share these with some guys at lunch on Friday.
