SDR Radio Server

N2CUA

Hi Simon ..

Running SDR-Radio .. Set up the server config in the server manager GUI ..

Added the radio ( USB DVB ) .. and set up the account for the user.

Added the port to the FW and to the router for forwarding to my

Workstation. The logfile shows user connect and immediately disconnected.

They get a pop-up with a BIG RED X in it ..

I can connect to my own machine with the same account just fine..

In another case .. my son tries to connect ..

And the connection doesn’t show up in the logfile

But in the session tab I get these ..

2013-02-18 15:45:17, Accept> Connection accepted, socket 2384, IPV4 address 204.13.200.248, location (United States)

Hi Simon ..

John Märsylä <marse075@...>

Just connect to a Greece SDR Server (using dongle) and was listening in the FM band
with good audio etc, but I couldn't enable FM Stereo to look for
Greece RDS Data.
Any ideas?

Hi,

In the Help text it explains that stereo is currently not available in remote mode.

FM Stereo and RDS does not work over server connections.

I don’t know if there is a plan to implement this (Simon?)

Jim.

I think the second issue in my post is a version issue ..
So the only issue now is the quick connect / disconnect in the erver manager logfile

Added the port to the FW and to the router for forwarding to my

Workstation. The logfile shows user connect and immediately disconnected.

They get a pop-up with a BIG RED X in it ..

I can connect to my own machine with the same account just fine..

In another case .. my son tries to connect ..

And the connection doesn't show up in the logfile

But in the session tab I get these ..
