Ok--Did some additional research on the Rhode website.
We use an 'obsolete' ESIB40 on one of our projects. The ESIB40 brochure I've attached to this post and the visual mock-ups can resemble those found on the cover page and pages: 2,3,4, 6, transducer 'calibration' factors visuals are on page 5.
