Save settings

I placed a few icons on the toolbar using Customize Quick Access Toolbar to be able to quickly change gain settings but when I closed SDR Console then restarted everything was back with the default icons.  I tried several times and even went to Memories and selected Save... but I can't find a way to make them stick.  I guess I made it mad trying so many times because it started crashing shortly after clicking the Start button.  I rebooted and seems ok now.
---How do I save my customized Quick Access Toolbar?
---I looked at all file attributes and nothing is read-only
---I thought I had made changes to it before but now I am questioning my sanity:'(

TIA,

OK, how did you customize? I ended up using "More commands" and that saved everything the way it should. That "fer sure" uses the basic MS framework code. I am not sure if the direct entry method works exactly the same way.

I selected the icon on the Quick Access Toolbar that looks like a hyphen with a down-arrow below it.  That produces a drop-down menu, then selected "More Commands..." which brings the same as, I guess, to what you referred to.

Yup - worked for me - fully updated Win 10 pro mashed around until it is palatable to use. The various Microsoft Foundation Classes handle saving the settings. So it not working for you is quite mysterious.
