ANAN 700DLE stop RX after 15 Sec

Hi
I run Console 3.10   and when I connect him to my Anan 7000DLE my RX stop after 15 sec. If I stop start the program I get again 15 sec RX
RX window get black.  Same time I can TX without problem 
any help to get my RX working ?
I use 48k rx window
My Anan have no problem on same PC on Thetis

Hi

Check your Windows firewall settings.
I turned it off and the Console immediately started receiving again on my Anan 100E.
