Poll fo request: satellites switch between passes

Hi Simon and List,
it's really a pity NOT to see this function implemented in all new releases ! I might undestand that there are so many other request and maybe more important on your point of view (SDR TX support, etc) but I think (and other too) that SDR-Console satellites need this function to be implemented. Also other functions as frequency or memory scanner, just to mention a few, would be more than welcome ! Please, put this on your to-do list ! Thank you, Pietro @ hb9rxc |

A frequency / memory scanner will happen in 2019, must be ready by January 1st, 2020.
