Pluto Spectrum Analyser / Scanner / Reflektometer

Hello to all Pluto SDR operators / programmers,
I am looking for a Win software to use my Adalm Pluto as a scanner or spectrum analyzer.
Unfortunately I haven't found it yet, I don't have GNU Radio or Matlap for Windows.
Does anyone know a software for this and can help here.

Thank you for the quick answer to my question. Yes the IIO Oscilloscope for Windows - v0.6 is known to me.
What I am looking for is a scan program like " rtl-spectrum".
https://www.rtl-sdr.com/spektrum-sv-mod-rtl-sdr-spectrum-analyzer-software-now-with-improved-ui/
or reflectometers like "https://ez.analog.com/university-program/f/q-a/101880/can-adam-pluto-be-used-as-cheap-experimental-scalar-or-vector-network-analyser
but programs that run under Win7.
Unfortunately I haven't found a program for this yet, for Pluto SDR not many applications have been made public yet.

Hello georg i am not a programmer ... but maybe the nwt software (for nwt500 nwt4000 nwt6000) can be changed to use the pluto as frontend?!? i nearly all cases that i now these analyzers all work the same ... use a wideband transmitter for the tx part and the receiver for the reflected signal from a bridge ... or for tuning a filter then connect that inline between rx and tx side so ... maybe the nwt soft can be changed a bit (just as an idea) dg9bfc sigi
