I've taken a look at the Console application on a 2560 x 1600 screen. Under Windows 11 and at 200% scale, all of the fonts and icons are tack-sharp. I didn't need to touch any DPI settings whatsoever.

Yep. Just search for DB Browser for SQLite. There's also a browse feature that doesn't need SQL and kind of looks like Excel with some filters. If you don't know SQL, just learning how to do a SELECT
