HackRF cannot get recognized

Hello, I am using SDRconsole V3 on Windows 10. My HackRF cannot get recognized by the program. Do I miss something, for example some drivers ? With another program ( SDRangel ) on the same pc it works

Simon - When you get a chance will you look into the HackRF and see if you can fix the collection of the device serial number. As it is the number is blank and I can only have one HackRF on the system
