Licensed Amateur Radio operator.  Extra Class licensed.  4 years Emergency Coordinator - Outagamie County WI ARES / RACES.  Decade or so SkyWarn severe storm spotter service including heavy net control experiences.  Damage assessment immediately after severe storms as deployed by Emergency Management from the County.  Community support and constant training and education in all things radio.  Ran weekly training nets for 4 years including that fellowship.

Largely an Auditor and Financial Analyst most of my working career.  Years of extensive Microsoft Excel Visual Basic macro programming including modeling of correct processing of transactions per management policy and creation of multiple Excel report writers for business operational purposes to detect and correct business problems, quantify them, classify them and eliminate them.
Has been licensed Series 7, 63, 65, (securities) Life and Health Insurance.  2 bank audit rolls, one with an ownership interest.  One community bank, one super regional bank.
Strong IBM mainframe Culprit and JCL exception report coding and creation experience, dBase, Clipper, etc.
