Moving / copying identities would not be too hard, it’s a case of copying files and a registry tree.

I do not think this could be done without a lot of work. (I could "probably" facilitate this with some work with C++ and Visual Studio; but, I lack the incentive. And it would be on a basis of, "If something breaks you get to keep all the pieces.") Half of it would be easy. The other half requires registry hacking. The registry hacking is complicated by the lack of an explicit rename ability in C++. It has to be done with a delete key on the new key name and then copy the existing key and all its values to the new key name. Since this wipes out any data that might have existed in the new key name - well, you get to keep the pieces. There are some other places that need to be doctored. Getting them all may be dicey. I can see the utility of such a too; but, my usual motivation is, "Do I need this?" (That is to say, "I am retired.")
