Simon,

While listening between 600 and 1000 kHz,  I noticed on AM, DCSS, and AM Sync the S Meter would lock up at just over S 9.  I went to lower LSB and the S Meter was again active.  If I shifted the left side of the filter to the extreme left side while still on LSB the S Meter locked.  Something about the demod  of AM modes and LSB with  the filter moved to the extreme left side.

Simon,

Thank you for the quick response..

I was feeling a little bad about mentioning the AM demod, because you do have it so very well.  Unless I have a solution in mind, it is hard for me to offer a comment.  I been thinking about it and I believe if you opened the filter just a few kHz more it would allow the bass frequencies to round out just a little more.  Without having heard it on other software before and comparing, I would not have noticed anything.

Talk has been in the family to visit Switzerland next year along with Germany and France.

The audio is clean,  no distortion, just some shy on frequency response on the low end.  This just happened to be a program with polka music.  I checked it with the other software programs and the tuba in the band sounded perfect, SDRConsole sounded like it was not quite wide enough on bandwidth toward the low end.
