I have 2 Limes to work with. One on a Udoo X86 Ultra & a t-5500 12 core/72 gigs of ram & a good graphics card. Both USB3.

Hello Folks,

New user of Console.
Impressive software.

Question:  I downloaded the .csv file from eibi, after selecting the "sorted by Time" option.

In the frequency database window that shows the eibi download in the program, the first column
is sorted by frequency, lowest to highest.

But what I would like in the first column is what I had thought
I downloaded, the sorted by time.

Any way I can have ascending time in the first column so I can see what is on the air for the particular
time I am listening ?

In this context:
Where does the "0" in TX Country column come from?
The XML database file has no "0" in the field value. It's simply TX_Country="DEU".
The "0" must be inserted somehow by SDRConsole 3.
("DEU" is ISO 3166-1 Alpha 3 for Germany, just in case someone wonders.)

Hello all,

Thw database in v3 I use for tracking with the SDR, for I like to know what staions I hear and more info on them.
What I miss most is a column where I can read mode details which ILG (or other databases I'm not sure) provide.
The column sadly isn't converted/imported into the database.
There is this column Notes, but that  doesn't contain much of my interest.

I have tried to modify the CSV-file (replading the data from the column I want - copied into the Remakrs colum) but with no luck.
No records are read; I think that the wanted format is rigid and I cannot solve it, what CSV-version I use, be it Excel of OpenOffice or else....

I also see that the file used for the database is a SQLITE one, but I do not have much experience in that.
Would like to have some help for getting the information into that (or another) column so UI can use that while tuning the band.

Any help would be very appreciated

Is there any way to get the version that had TX for the LimeSDR USB? Even if I have to back down the firmware, I am willing. My project is built & I would like to use your software. 
When will it be worked on? Last estimate was 3rd quarter & that is past. 
Please let me know if I should just give up on it.

According to the TS-2000 CAT specs the return length of IF; should be 38 (including ;)
Example: SdrConsole 3 returns
"IF0000731000000000+0000000000100000000;"
This string is 39 long.
There is one 0 too many. It is OK up to the mode digit (position 30), but afterwards there is one 0 too many.
Maybe DX4WIN takes this strictly.

Hello Henry,

I followed your idea, and I have drawn the following conclusion:

- The TS-2000X.rig file is for communicating DX4WIN with the SDR Console CAT.

- SDR Console is working with RSP1A of SDRplay and this hardware does not have VFO B.

- The TS-2000X.rig file is made for the Kenwood TS-2000 transceiver that has two VFOs.

- I follow Henry's idea and delete this:

[RC-Read VFO B]

CSTR = FB;

CDELAY = 0

LEN = 14

LOC = VFO B

I check and a big surprise, now everything works fine !!!!!!!

The final conclusion, I rename TS-2000X.rig by SDR_RSP1A.rig and
erase everything that has to do with VFO B.

Now DX4WIN is able to work with SDR Radio and RSP1A (as panadapter
of my FTDX-5000). And we know how to do it, fantastic!

I do not understand either. When DX4WIN queries VFO with IF; it
should be able to read frequency and mode from the reply. Except for
mode SAM where SDRConsole returns a two digit value which results in
a wrong reply lenght of 39 instead of 38. But SAM normally is not the mode hams use.
I have no explanation why DX4WIN is not working.
