Re: V1.3 Skips First Memory Channel
Fernando Gómez
I think you refer your query to another help group. This is for SDR Console and you refer to SDRUno, and its help forum is https://www.sdrplay.com/community/

It appears that the new scanning function of V1.3 (which I've fallen in love with) skips the first memory channel. For the record, I use 25 memories on the 2m band ranging in frequency from 145.290 MHz to 147. 390 MHz.

Thank you Marius , I had forgotten about the 48 kHz restriction for the Softrock -IF option .

Alex says he is working on a “totally new program “ . Hopefully it will lead to better options than the present ones . Andy K3UK.

Re: ZyXEL VMG4325-B10A Router, Anyone with issues like mine?
From: Don Melcher
My isp “upgraded” my ZyXEL remotely and the same happened and worse. I had my system set to 192.168.6.# and they changed it to 192.168.1.# so not only did port forwarding quit, so did everything I had on a fixed ip, about 30 devices including my alarm and security cameras. Additionally I waa on vacation at the time so I lost all control and contact with my house. ============================= I'm lucky in that my ISP offers a "modem mode" in my cable modem, and I run my own router after the modem, and configuration etc. is completely under my control. I wonder whether other ISPs offer something similar? A bit off topic now.... Cheers, David -- SatSignal Software - Quality software for you Web: http://www.satsignal.eu Email: david-taylor@... Re: CW-Skimmer problem (?)
Hello for all!
First, cw skimer use as softrockIF never see more than 24 khz BW, it's old limitations, and Alex known it, any way, u try use as softrock whith fix LO frequency, an of course try to use another audio device,(sonar asus)it's useless 192khz setup on VAC if you're device hw know only( IQ output) 24khz. Know u lose the CAT sync between sw, but an rtl she's not so expensive. Maybe one as a server for cw rtty even Ft8 and the second as panadapter, can use telnet for fed log software.
Good luck! Marius,yo7fb. |

Re: Connecting a CW-key
On my system, Virtual Com port with CAT set as a TS-2000. CW is "audio", so I use VAC and run USB in SDRConsole. CAT controls the TX/RX.

I use VSPE for serial as it lets me use a "Splitter". This allows up to 4 devices to access the port at once. So I can have multiple apps looking at the radio at the same time. Typical use with my ANAN-100 SDR is Writelog for logging along with WSJT-X at the same time. Both see the radio for frequency readout/control and PTT. Mike

Re: Tuning via mouse pointer dragging on frequency value ribbon
Siegfried Jackstien
if you grab the lowest slider below waterfall you can tune the low (shift coplete waterfall left or right) if you grab your filter (in waterfall or spectrum) you can ove the filter (tune left or right) or change filter width that depends on "where" you grab that filter (center or edge) hth greetz sigi Am 27.03.2019 um 00:21 schrieb

Is there some way to setup SDR Console (v3.0.6) to allow manual tuning by clicking on, holding, then move left/right to tune the radio on the frequency value ribbon? It seems that all the other SDR radios allow this, but not SDR Console. So far, the only way I've found to tune is either by the mouse wheel or clicking on the receive frequency window's digits. Is there a tuning option for this, because I don't see one. Thanks! |

I do not understand the link (b) between a SW like fldigi and sdr-coonsole? How is fldigi keying the sdr-console?! //Dietmar |

Hi. I am using a i5 desktop PC ( HP 8100 SFF ) with 8GB RAM connected to the Pluto SDR via Ethernet. USB Connection has the same issue. When using a Notebook (i7), this doesn't happen. Changing the drive level doesn't affect the problem. Any ideas ?

SDR Console native support with TRX Manager
Hi folks
Fyi thanks to support from Paul N2EME with helping me get a RTL-SDR working on 6 meters and Laurent F6DEX, TRX-Manager connects both ways with SDR Console and syncs frequencies with WSJT-X and my ICOM 756 PRO III. So SDR Console is an option in TRX for RX while I TX with the ICOM (and any other rig). I love it. FYI do not need to use Omnirig now so I have complete remote control of my ICOM and the LA-1K amp. The SDRC supported version is TRX V 5.8.8 73 de Paul NO0T Paul Sobon 1700 Bassett Street, #1904 Denver, CO 80202 |

But since you're here, let us take this opportunity to invite you to scarf up on a free copy of SDR Console V3. I will guarantee you, if you spend ten minutes with SDRC you'll hurl that SDRuno as far as you can throw it! :)

ZyXEL VMG4325-B10A Router, Anyone with issues like mine?
For some reason, the ZyXel router (ISP issued) stopped port forwarding mysteriously. Thus my SDR server was inop, along with my SDR Anywhere server and the DSTAR repeater connection.
Tried power down reboot (still no good) and then resetting router back to original settings and loading the saved config file (still no good) Had to reset and manually enter all the port forwarding and open ports in firewall, and back in business! Is this a fluke or have any others experienced the same? Kriss KA1GJU |

Re: CW-Skimmer problem (?)
sry, my mistake. I searched in SDR Console V3 for the "nonexistent" CW-Skimmer. I had mistaken the CW-Skimmer for the CW-decoder.
Is the CW decoder from Simon already integrated in SDRC V13? -- Peter DK1NI |

Re: V1.3 Access Violation
This is the SDR Console group, not SDRUno group, if there is such a beast.
So, probably not much help here unless an SDRC user is familiar with SDRuno. JMHO Kriss KA1GJU |

I have mine in SOFTROCK-IF with SDRC and CW Skimmer following each other. Hard to tell because no signals there at the moment.
