I really just wanted to know where you were obtaining the auroral display (or whether it was derived, as DX Atlas used to do before their data sources dried up), so it's somehow grabbed from the same source as the display that NOAA creates on the https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/ page,  then?

Hi Joel

Unfortunately I'm still currently changing bands on my linear manually as I need to modify it, but my understanding is that the band change data is originated inside the HL2 hardware? Perhaps I have this wrong? Maybe someone on here runs HL2 with the Hardrock 50?

The second part of your question I just can't decode. Can you clarify "key the HR-50 through the interface? Which interface? Sorry if I am being dense! So what I can't see is any instance where you would be operating in TX without the TX DSP panel open?

All of this weirdness started after upgrading to SDR-Console 3.2. Anybody else having these problems, any idea how to fix it.

Hi Simon

I missed this until just now checking for follow-up ...

I do not find 'Navigator' , unless this refers to the whole user interface, ribbon, etc

but nonetheless,

is the program (A) always buffering/FIFO-ing the IQ/waterfall (?), so it the last ?-X-? seconds are spooled for replay ?

or, is it necessary to (B) 'Record' and then play back ?

If it's the case (A) that the data has been captured and can rewind/play,

please say a bit on how to do this.

Thanks !

Oggetto: [SDR-Radio] Frequency step issue on a remotely controlled PC #support

I have the following issue when using SDR Console 3 on a remotely controlled PC with Splashtop.

If I want to scroll the tuned frequency with the mouse wheel, this varies by a value 4 times

higher than that of the set step, for example if the step is 1kHz, the frequency varies by 4kHz.

If I want an increase of 1 kHz I have to set a step of 250Hz.

With other software (SDR Sharp) operation is smooth.

Any idea?
