First of all... Measure if those spurs are lower with lower power... Should be cleaner with lower power...Not?!?
Next is... There is an offset that should be used on simplex... That sets tx and rx

I just finished building 6 Improved WellGood Loop amplifiers using SMD 2SC5551 transistors, 4 LZ1AQ Loop amplifiers and 2 Modified M0AYF loop amps with SMD 2SC5551 transistors.

@sigi - single Jog wheel DJ controllers are hard to find these days.
I did a lot of research the last weeks and there seem to be single jogwheel units only in the >1000 EUR class. :-(

Brent has just reminded me of something else: Make sure of your ground connections. If you are using earth rods outside, water them regularly to maintain a good connection. We often forget about this
