Re: IDE / ISA TV cards for computers...
All the SDRC supported radios are listed here:
https://www.sdr-radio.com/radios
No old TV cards supported AFAIK. Sorry to ask, but why would you want to, apart from in the name of experimentation?

Re: RX666 and RX888 as VHF receivers
David,
This is used in Airspys so it's probably not bad.

Re: RX666 and RX888 as VHF receivers
From: Bob Dengler
I bought mine strictly for UHF use. With my 12 bit Airspys at full BW I'm constantly having to throttle back the gains to the point the 12 dB SINAD is ~0.4 to 0.5 uV. Decimation

Re: RX666 and RX888 as VHF receivers
i feel very bad that the RX888 is limited to only 8 instead of the 32 as noticed..
I originally hoped that it could be OK for using it in the top of hour new listening..

SDRPlay RSPDuo
Simon,
Are there any plans to add to SDR Console a Diversity mode using the SDRPlay RSPDuo? Also are you aware of any other manufactures that will be offering Duel receives that can be operated in

Re: RX-666 Testing
Yes I noticed that. However, soldering the two unsoldered pins did not help in my case.

Re: RX-666 Testing
It would VERY much benefit from some solder on the bottom of the board. If nothing else the solder would minimize the risk of pulling the connector loose and ripping up some traces in

Re: RX666 and RX888 as VHF receivers
On VHF you will get 10MHz BW and the performance is limited by the R820T2. I am not overly excited by this and because I am only interested in amateur bands and I know that I will get better

Re: RX-666 Testing
Looks like they missed soldering the four SMA socket pins. Soldering those pins should clear up your problem.

Aloha
On my RX-666 I noticed the nuts were not tight on the SMA connectors and we’re moving a bit. I tightened them up a bit and they have a lock washer However I was unsure how much to tighten

RX666 and RX888 as VHF receivers
With prime interests only above 30 MHz, do the RX666 and RX888 offer me anything? OK, a 16-bit ADC rather than 12-bit or 14-bit in units like the RSP, RTL dongle or Airspy R2, or higher in the Airspy
