The conversion frequency setting in the device definition is the number you must fine tune. It's possible even if it's a bit awkward.

My Google hit's on 4006.5Hz pointed towards USCG websites... but I think Google read 406z as in 0406UTC?

The USCG broadcasts weather broadcasts using Mode B SITOR. Is this the service you are asking about? Please see attached pdf.

The basic problem with the transmit side and really the receive side as well is the math involved requires small fractions of a degree and small fractions of a dB precision in setting

Are you sure that is US Coast Guard Weather RTTY on 4006 kHz USB, the frequency shown in the attached JPG? I’m not aware of USCG using that frequency or frequency shift for WX

NEVER NEVER NEVER USE OFFSET ON THE BIRD!!! not with lime and not with the pluto
otherwise a spurii may cause trouble on another ones frequency!!
offset is ONLY used in local terrestrical contacts

i measured the spurious emissions on 13 cm from the pluto ... sdrc is not causing that ... it is an slight iq imbalance (so where it is depends on where you transmit) ... these spurii
