Ok. After alot of messing around I got it working. Had to go into windows firewall and allow sdr console through! Using version 6 working fine now. Ryan KK6DZB

I assume you mean your using an ELAD FDM-S2? SW2 is the software for the ELAD. I think the FDM-S2 uses the HF port for up to 50 Meg. and the VHF port is used for above that.

SDR Console V3.0 build 764 Elad SW2 Build 764 is only using the VHF antenna port not selecting the HF port when tuned to a HF Bands. SW2 will select the appropriate port whens using ELAD

Simon, I tried it on another computer an old laptop running windows 7. It works fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling same thing freezes after 5 seconds. I am open to try anything.
