Multichannel decoder
Hi - we all know that SDRC features the unique possibility to use up to 24 demodulators in parallel.
Using them for decoding and recording had been quite a nut to crack for some.
Recently, Chris,

They are Kriss, these will be Asian or Far East and are very common during the morning F2. ISM is industrial, scientific and medical so these should be within a few hundred KHz on 27MHz but in reality

Thank you Paul!
What are the squiggle lines? I thought those were RF ovens that leak RF?
What's ISM?

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
Kriss, those two recordings are an OTHR, this is my local one nicknamed Pluto II from Akrotiri in Cyprus. It's about 3000KM from me and the associated ionosonde makes a useful indicator of the F2 MUF.

Magloop Simon -
I've been seeing those little, millisecond pulses for several months now, on a number of different frequencies. I think they are some sort of channel marker, as I've also seen some

Hi Ricky
This group is specifically for users of Simon Brown's SDR Console SDR software.
Looks like you really need to post this in the SDR Play group:

Anyone running ION2G ALE SOFTWARE on the SDRPLAY RSP1A SDRuno?
The ION2G ALE program has CAT control mode that works with most Icom, Kenwood and Yeasu HF radios. Then maybe using THE RSP1A's

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
If ONLY SDRC Servers were mapped like they were back last decade on version 1.5 😪
Then one could easily choose a site geographically vs searching through the list by call
sign.

Hi Brendon
Spot on..though the bursts of data changing frequency I know as the data transmission..( short bursts , maybe 100khz apart, skipping in frequency.)

Yes,
Same with many companies at the moment, ELAD are having problems as well.

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
Dennis KA6FUB - those bursts you're seeing are the USN's ROTHR, with several sites in CONUS and elsewhere. The other, continuous transmission is most likely/certainly on of the "Konteynr" OTHR sites

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
I wonder what somebody in Greenland or Iceland might see. Greenland might be the closer location to the source if it is East of you and significantly stronger than at Simon's place.

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
BTW... The SteppIR's place both signals recorded above East of me, and the magnetic loop placed them both at approximate 060 deg.
Too bad the Kiwi Sysops have real crappy antennas on their SDR's.

Re: Steerable antenna anyone?
Mike (N2MS),
Sure sounds similar, but at 060 degrees with +/-10 of uncertainty, places it in one of the Russian Republics possibly.
O60 degree plot from my QTH:
Be a BIG bummer when this this appears
