For your info..i use sdrc with elad duo for panadapter AND a phaser for noise..virtually no/ none delay..its instant..
So it can be done..
The pc is nothing special. I7 cuda visual card..i look

Steve, I think you diagnosed your own problem.
the pan adapter that works is “only” 192KHz bandwidth.
the sdr is up to 10mHz bandwidth!
2 channels (I/Q) or 192KHz is nothing to a modern cpu,

From the Start Page, select the Stations tab, then Settings, to the right of the red tick. Your picture shows s dropdown menu from there so you probably need to select settings from there. My version

As has been said this group is for SDR-Radio software support.
SDR# has the Airspy group.
Note SDR# must not be installed in "Program Files" but somewhere else like C:\SDR# Read the Airspy site
