Received an RX-888 yesterday. Interestingly it works fine with the RX-666 ExtIO also. The software then reports it as an RX-666 on HDSDR. With the RX-888 ExtIO an additional window allows selecting

when all is bonded the problems are gone ...
before i had the metal case i only bridged usb shield to lnb minus (pulls shield to ground level) ... now with the metal case i have the

Early on that would have stopped me from looking towards overloaded USB or Ethernet busses. I'd have probably gone with Sigi's solution instead. Pluto is insanely sensitive to

Your logfile does not show obvious hints apart from the "not ready" message. From what I've seen so far, I would also suggest to do the "ground mod", eihter by replacing R88 as suugested by

With the the "stock" Pluto - ethernet operation was very unsatisfactory (both on Windows and Linux) requiring lots of Pluto power on-off-on cyclies before I could find it on the network.

Am using Adalm Pluto. Works perfectly in narrow band modes. However, I cannot see any signals in the wide band sections. Polarisation change (18 V)seems to work fine.
