Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
Hi George,
Yes it includes virtual cables, but they are fixed to some channel strips…
For full routing I guess you still need VB-CABLE or VAC.

Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
Hi,
I have been asked for this - I know how to add it, I'll probably add this once 3.1 is released but may add as part of 3.0.23, I plan to release 3.0.22 later this week.
I plan a small interface

Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
Sdr console already does this. Switch it to multiple receivers. I use 2 virtual sound cards to feed 2 different decoders.
Thanks Steve m0zeh

Interesting.
You mention any virtual audio cable. Does that include VAC as well as VB Cable?

There is a squelch in Linrad that is based on an FFT
analysis of the baseband. It works in all modes,
AM, FM, SSB and CW.

Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
I wonder how it handles slightly different clock rates without ticks. Resampling takes a fair amount of processing power.

You can send any virtual audio cable to any other virtual audio cable or physical output, change level, eq, etc…

Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
in tx box we have the "monitor"
if clicking on "rx" would send the received signal to the speakers that would work (but it routes mic signal to speaker while receiving)

Re: option to connect 2nd virtual cable to SDR consiole
Thanks for reading ma question and proposing diffent solutions.
I use only one receiver on qo100 - (plus the default one for the beacon)
Seems the easiest way ist to try the "listen to ..device"

I am not sure what you mean here Max. You can already select separate audio outputs for each receiver, if you have enough audio output devices to which it can be routed. Those are what you setup with
