Give a try updating your Realtek audio to the latest if you have the onboard RealTek audio. That seemed to work for one gentleman.

3.0.13 Memory Markers ?
Hi List,
could someone explain please this new function (Memory Markers) ? I do use the View > Markers function and it's great.
But I activated also the Memories > Markers but don't see any changes

Try turning off AGC. That always raises my noise level up by about 10 dBm. On AM broadcast (550 - 1500 kHz) I have to set manual gain below 3.7 dB to prevent overloading causing audio
