Hi Simon I have setup and run the rsp_tcp server on a RPI 3b+ and tested with the hdsdr client ... it seems to work well. the rsp_tcp will also run the rtl_sdr - I believe, but I have not tested

As far as I know it is a Raspberry Pi program. I have one I could set up and give you access to, but I don’t think my outgoing bandwidth is sufficient Don.
