Doesn't it already work? Just move your cursor to either edge of the displayed bandwidth and hold down the left mouse button and move either side. Maybe I don't understand what you asking.

Gqrx has a id string issue .... When your in the settings pane ... delete most all of the ID string except ... driver=lime,soapy=0 Or soapy=1
