You might try Linrad. I do not have "Very Wide SDR Receiver."
but I think is is similar to DX Patrol.
The install under Linux is simple, it may look complicated
at first, but you do not

GQRX is said to be the best option for Linux. Don't quote me on it but for me it's the only program that works well on the raspberry pi but that is probably the RPI's fault.

For linux there is cubiqsdr sdr and gqrx that supports RTL , I do belive I saw hdsdr runing in wine - have google.

Well to answer you quickly...ONLY Windows is supported for SDR-Console here.
You can go the web site sdr-radio.com and there you will find several references all saying if it isn't Windows Simon does
