That sort of failed! I don’t have my HackRF connected at the moment, I thought you should see a serial number when you do a search. Can anyone confirm this?

I tried a small 500pF tuner in series withthe first coil I picked from the junk box (40 turns on a quarter inch former),a couple of 20pF caps for in and out and a pair of BNC sockets.
It worked

I have both-in fact I have two of each and in addition an Airspy Mini.
Every so often I compare them with all the software at hand and always come back to using the AirSpy's with SDRSharp. Having 8

Filters for AirSpy, SDRplay etc
Hi Guys,
Although I am not into HF I have been following the link as noise and strong signals/overload are a problem for us all.
I do not know if these will work for the HF guys on here but QLP Labs

Why not fit a small tuning condenser and acoil in a tin box and null the offending signal…
You can basically use the receiver as aspectrum analyser to get the best L/C ratio

Full logfile entry please. I can then try getting the latest firmware on my HackRF in case it’s been updated and is no longer 100% compatible, but from the error message I think (think)

I went ahead with the firmware reinstall/update

all appeared to to go very smoothly but now I get HACKRF_ERROR_LIBUSB when starting the SDR

yes wiggling the connector causes it to crash but it also crashes just by tuning and if I change from fm to am or click amp. perhaps I will start by reinstalling /updating the firmware. then look very

I have an SDRPlay and despite the plastic box I find no interference finding its way in but your issue does remind me that when I had a broadcast band station bleeding through into HF I
