The VFO specification is very simple so I see no problems. The only downside is the bandwidth of only 80kHz – with 500kHz or more we could see more signals simultaneously...

If you do not have a HV programmer or a fuse bit restore tool be carfule with the RSTDISBL fuse bit.
The code will run without burning the RSTDISBL if you do not press the CW key,
