Re: Wanted: information for SDR 820T with SDR console and CAT for Yaesu
If you're running JT65, whichever version, it will still run the same, and as you go into transmit it omnirig will sense the PTT and SDR-radio will mute the SDR, no issues at all, that's how it works

Paul,I think that adding another virtual com port from WSJT-JT65B (Might) work. WSJT-X is a very different beast, as I understand.
By the word sync, I meant that I want to run JT65B, capturing the RX

The timing is within the software, and the commands are sent to the transceiver via a CAT cable from the computer to the transceiver.

I find using HRD to do the linking is the easiest way for me. The TX signal from HRD seems to tell SDRC when to go into mute.

Re: Wanted: information for SDR 820T with SDR console and CAT for Yaesu
Steve,
you would just feed the IF out straight to the dongle, if you fit a connector on the back of the radio or just have a pigtail out the back with your MCX into the dongle, or SMA>MCX then simple

Paul,
I have an FT-817ND Yaesu, R820T SDR dongle, Windows 7 32 bit.
For TX, I use a Signalink USB.
The FT817 has an IF buffered output at 68.339 MHz which would feed the dongle.

I’m aiming for the test team to have a ‘playtime’ version by August or so, really I’m getting the basic UI / RX working so I can add support for the ANAN transceivers. For transceiver support

Re: Playing with V3
Hi,
Nice idea, but I think I should save the raw data I display in each row together with a timestamp, this part is easy.
Then I write a new window which loads the file and displays it
