Re: Followup Question Please: Re: How To Install Station List, Please? For Bob S. or anyone Re: Simon's World Map v1.1
Hi Bob,
It looks like you Imported the large Station List (SimonsWorldMap-Stations_AOKI_EIBI_HFCC_Export_20210806_230628.xml). That list by default doesn't have any of the Stations selected. Go back into the Station List and click the Show box next to the Stations you want to see on the Map. Also, with the large database -- the Menu Icons on the top of the map get compressed and look as they do in your picture. To get back to the Config page with the Import option see attached. Also, the import replaces the database, it doesn't append to the old one. Let me know if you want to go back to the original list. Barry WB2ZXJ

Re: Latency with RSPduo

Hi
For your info..i use sdrc with elad duo for panadapter AND a phaser for noise..virtually no/ none delay..its instant.. So it can be done.. The pc is nothing special. I7 cuda visual card..i look at 192khz at a time..ie if on 160m then can see 1.8-1.92mhz.. Using sdr visual display for the phaser is sooooo good..takes seconds to remove the smpsu noise. From above I suspect you can work out i know zero about pc’s.but it just works.. Rig is ftdx3000.. Simon G0zen ( not sdrc Simon!)

From the Start Page, select the Stations tab, then Settings, to the right of the red tick. Your picture shows s dropdown menu from there so you probably need to select settings from there. My version has those three icons separated in a much longer “Manage” bar. When I click settings, the stations menu pop up with the import button on the top right of the pop-up.
Could it be you have an older version? HTH

Key shortcut for changing frq in Satellite External Radio?
Hello,
in the Satellite External Radio window, it is possible to change frequency of the connected external radio with mouse click or mousewheel over the displayed frequency.
Question: is it possible to control frequency change with keys / shortcut keys?

This is indeed for sdr-radio support. To find what
that means visit www.sdr-radio.com. This is Simon's domain. He
calls his products, collectively, SDR-Radio. Thus this is support
for SDRServer, SDRConsole, and "Simon's World Map". It is not
supportive of HDSDR, CuteSDR, Linrad, PowerSDR, SDRSharp, or any
of the others.

As has been said this group is for SDR-Radio software support. SDR# has the Airspy group. Note SDR# must not be installed in "Program Files" but somewhere else like C:\SDR# Read the Airspy site carefully, I'm not sure, 64 bit seems wrong to me. Alan

FYI, this group is for SDR Console, not SDR# or HDSDR.

HD SDR program is running s9+3db on local FM station (software installed in programs files X86 area) While SDR# 64 bit program flatlined. (installed in programs files area) May be the usb2 ports cant handle the through put to the software? Fairly sure USB2.0, as i do not see SS marked by connector, device manager shows USB2. Mean while for some reason I cant get registered on the support site. once that issue is cleared up I will post there.

Re: Simons Map Question
Hi Bob,
It's the Grid Square Locator (also called Maidenhead Grid Square Locator). You can plug your zip code into this link: https://www.levinecentral.com/ham/grid_square.php More information can be found here: https://www.dxzone.com/grid-square-locator-system-explained/ Barry WB2ZXJ
