I will try to set a "Static Route" in my router. It does not look the same as your example as it is of another brand (Ubiquity, Edge-Router Lite) but I will try to find it.
Your 10.0.0.1 is your external IP I guess. While I need to route from 192.168.2.xxx to 192.168.3.1 I think.

For external access (via Internet) I am using Port Forward for all my Network based SDR's and it works UFB, both from the 192.168.2.xxx and the 192.168.3.xxx sub-nets. Except for the Pluto.

And, what is so specific with the Pluto? All my other Network based SDR's on 192.168.2.xxx are visible in the 192.168.3.xxx sub-net without any extra hands-on.
That would be very interesting to understand.
