Console is using 11% of the GPU's capacity which is not bad. SDR Console uses Direct-X which is a hardware-accelerated graphics system unlike GDI/GDI+ used by SDR Console v2, SDR# and SDR Uno. Someone has to pay for the higher-quality graphics, and it's the
GPU. SDR++ uses OpenGL I believe, also hardware accelerated.
Using Direct-X and WASAPI were two key design decisions for SDR Console v3.
