I was wondering about the time issue because I want the recording to start at local midnight.  However, I told the scheduler to use UTC and I can see that it does because it handled the schedule I ran previously OK.  Local midnight is 1700 UTC which you can see in the screenshot.

 

I'm still baffled...

Do you have the radio running?
Have you actively selected a date and time ahead. Date and time that has passed will not work.
