I'm also running a liquid cooled CPU here in Texas. To keep the inside of my PC clean I cut up one of those pleated rectangular air conditioning filtration panels and tape it to the intake grating on my PC.
It looks ugly but the fans and radiator inside my PCÂ stay clean.
