Hi, I think I have the same problem, I have a rsp1a and the same audio phenomena acours both with sdr-console and SDRuno but not when I use sdr-sharp, I think its a windows problem as it started when I uppdated to latest 1905, my working theory is there is some settings Im missing in the VAC and/or Windows, are you using VAC?

here is a screenshoot of wsjtx waterfall, notice the ghost / dual signal close to some of the wspr tx.
