I have been unable to have SDRC save the changes I have made to the Quick Access Toolbar. I do not see and APPLY or SAVE button. When I exit the program with the X in the upper right corner and restart, the QAT has reverted back to the default configuration.
This worked on previous versions before I had the fiasco from Monday/Tuesday with a corrupted install.
