in tx box we have the "monitor"

if clicking on "rx" would send the received signal to the speakers that would work (but it routes mic signal to speaker while receiving)

tx monitor can be left alone (send tx audio or the tune tone to speaker)

rx monitor should send rx audio ...

This subject keeps coming up over and over again ("how do I route to VAC and listen at same time") so this would make it so simple...... Personally, I now don't have a particular worry. I have ways around it as described here in this thread, but Simon has said he already knows how to add it so why not make life simple if he is happy to do it?
