Worth trying - as it works for me and a local colleague who had the same issue.

Run SDRSharp in the background whilst using Console. As soon as SDRSharp is closed the stuttering comes back…..

Not suggesting any reasons as to why it helps, but I was on the verge of giving up on V3 as due to stuttering it was unusable.

Running SDRplay V1 on a remote server several miles away  - Microsoft Book i7 with V3.0.16
